Miami-Carey 36 Inch metal blade ceiling fan model CF-636 from the late 1970s early 1980s. Made in Hong Kong by Evergo / Union, sold and distributed by Miami-Carey in the USA. The more rare curved blade version of the other brands with straight metal blades. Uses a wall speed control. J-hook is used to mount to ceiling. Neat fan!
