Chadwick 48 Ins. Model A-2 Lamp ceiling fan from the year 1980. Lamp in the model number means this ceiling fan has a light kit adapter which was included in the packaging. Made in Hong Kong by Union Mgok Kee Ele Mfg. Ltd., sold and distributed by Chadwick-Miller in the USA. Sold with a five speed wall control. Uses a J-Hook to mount. Much more rare light kit adaptable version of the Union/Evergo made ceiling fans. Neat fan!!
