Montgomery Ward 48 Inch ceiling fans model 4E-3LW from the late 1970s, early 1980s. Made in Hong Kong by Evergo Industrial Enterprise Ltd, sold in Montgomery Ward stores in America. Pictures below show two different fans that are slightly different in style. Was sold with a five speed wall control. J-Hook is used to mount. Neat fans!!
