Windward ceiling fan model CF4(W) from the early 1980s. Made in Hong Kong by TAT, sold and distributed by Windward of Ft Lauderdale Florida. Was sold with a five speed wall control. J-hook is used to mount this ceiling fan. The industrial versions of this fan are more common. Has a motor shaped like a UFO. Neat fan!
