This fan does not have any manufacturer info, The Model is Coral Bay E Series E-52 ceiling fan. Made in Taiwan, sold and distributed by Toastmaster. The bigger brother of the E-36. This ceiling fan is from the mid to late 1980s. Has a three speed pull switch, and a forward/reverse switch. Uses a ball and socket mounting system. Neat Fan!!
