Synlix Electrical Ltd. 42 inch ceiling fan from the mid 1980s. 42 model which uses the same sized motor as the 48" 52", and 56" models do. Made in Taiwan. May have been sold under Gulf Coast Fans. This ceiling fan has a three speed pull chain, and a forward/reverse switch. Uses a double claw J Hook to mount to ceiling.
