Supreme Ceiling Fans Mark II model JCSB-52. Made in Taiwan by Commander or any one of those group of factories, sold and distributed by Supreme Ceiling Fans. This ceiling fan has a on/off pull chain, forward/reverse switch, and variable speed control. The pull chain on this ceiling fan has two on, off positions for use with a light kit with the same pull chain. This ceiling fan is from the early 1980s, 1980 - 1983 era. There is not to many of these around.
