S.M.C. ceiling fans model KW 36 from the late 1970s, early 1980s. Manufactured By Shell Electric MFG. CO, LTD. Hong Kong. Distributed by Fanco (U.S.A) Corp. Sold with a five speed wall control. Could this be a Laguna? Uses a J-Hook to mount to ceiling. Below also shows a modified white model. Neat fans!!
