Montgomery Ward - Evergo Industrial Enterprise Ltd. 36 inch metal blade ceiling fan model E-3 from the late 70s, early 1980s. Made in Hong Kong by Evergo, sold in Montgomery Ward stores in America. Was sold with a five speed wall control. J-Hook is used to mount. Was common back then. Neat fan!
