Hampton Bay (Home Depot) Landmark ceiling fan from the late 1980s early 1990s. This ceiling fan has a three speed pull chain and a forward/reverse switch. Can be mounted two ways, Ball and socket or flush mount. Great ceiling fan for it's day.
