Fasco Charleston dark brown ceiling fan model 438 from the early to mid 1980s. Has a three speed pull chain, and a forward/reverse switch on the motor housing. Uses the ball and socket mounting system with a bell canopy. Low speed, fan moves very slow, which is neat. Great ceiling fan!!
