Encon spinner ceiling fan model 01 409 from the mid 1980s. This one is dated 1985. Has a three speed pull chain and a forward/reverse switch. Ball and socket bracket is used to mount this ceiling fan. Very common back in it's day and very similar designs made though out the 1990s. This was the very first design.
