Codep SM Series ceiling fan model 1806V-2 from the mid 1980s. Dated May of 1985. Made in Taiwan, sold and distributed by Codep International of Texas. This ceiling fan has a three speed pull chain, and a forward/reverse switch. Uses a Ball and Socket bracket system to mount. Neat Fan!
