Chadwick-Miller ceiling fan from the late 1970s, early 1980s. Has a on/on/off/off pull chain, and a variable speed control. Ceiling fan can be turned on and off by both variable speed control and pull switch. The ceiling fan has two on/off positions for an optional light kit to be used while the fan is on or off. Uses a J-Hook to mount. Neat fan!
