CEC Electrical Mfg. Co. Ltd. 201 Series Emperor ceiling fan from the early to mid 1980s. This ceiling fan has a three speed pull chain, and a forward/reverse switch. Many Asian manufacturers, manufactured ceiling fans like this in the early to mid 1980s. In the 1990s this design was also popular, companies like Crest which made ceiling fans for Home Depot also sold cheap versions of this fan.
