Broan/Alaska 42 inch five blade ceiling fan model AC-4142-5 from the late 1980s, possibly early 1990s. They were sold by JCPenney. This fan has a three speed pull chain and a forward/reverse switch. This fan uses a bracket mounting system. Neat fan!!
