Windmere

Windmere was a subsidiary of Applica Consumer Products, Inc., but has recently went under, along with the entire company. Windmere was a manufacturer of portable fans and heaters, as well as some other small appliances, such as toasters, hair dryers, and hand mixers, but also sold ceiling fans for a short time in the 1990s, mainly at drug and discount stores, such as Dollar General. They typically relabeled their ceiling fans from other brands, such as SMC, for example.
