American Industries early day five paddle ceiling fan from the early 1980s. Model is unknown. Has a on/off pull chain, a forward/reverse switch, and a variable speed control. J Hook is used to mount this ceiling fan. Not very many five paddle ceiling fans with variable speed controls were made back in the 80s. Neat Fan!!
